The United Kingdom Police message blocks computer users' screens, demanding payment of a £100 GBP fine for alleged copyright law violations. This message is a scam created by Cyber criminals who make money from PC users who fall for their trickery and pay the bogus fine.
Note that genuine authorities from the United Kingdom do not use messages such as this to collect fines for any law violations. The names of the Cheshire Police Authority, PCeU, Metropolitan Police, and ICSPA are exploited by cyber criminals to make their fake message appear authentic.
What is FBI Cybercrime Division?
The FBI Cybercrime Division message blocks computer users' screens, stating that the block was applied for alleged illegal download of music and video files. This is a scam - a ransomware infection developed by cyber criminals. In fact, neither the FBI nor the International Cyber Security Protection Alliance has any connection with this message.
No international authorities use screen-blocking messages such as this to collect fines for any law violations. The FBI Cybercrime Division ransomware demands payment of a $300 fine in order to unlock the user's PC, but note that paying this fine is equivalent to sending your money to Cyber criminals - with no guarantee that the computer will be unlocked.

Commonly, this browser add-on is installed on users' Internet browsers (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox) together with free software downloaded from the Internet.

Coupon Buddy is bundled with Conduit-powered toolbars known to cause unwanted redirects to search.conduit.com or trovi.com, and moreover, these toolbars install additional add-ons (such as Search Protect by Conduit), making it difficult to modify your homepage and default search engine.
What is The Firewall of the United States?
The Firewall of the United States message blocks computer users' screens and is a scam created by cyber criminals. In fact, this message is a virus (a ransomware infection), which infiltrates systems using Trojans and demands payment of a bogus $200 fine using MoneyPak.
The message states that the fine is for alleged law violations such as downloading copyrighted audio, video, software, etc. This screen locker originates from a family of ransomware called Epubb. Previous variants of this scam exploit the name of the FBI in order to extort fake fines from unsuspecting PC users.

Ginyas Browser Companion is a browser add-on created by Blabbers Communications LTD., promising to save people time and money when shopping online. Essentially, this is a coupon plug-in that displays coupon ads when users visit eBay, Expedia, and other websites.
This browser add-on is similar to other unwanted coupon-related extensions such as Drop Down Deals, Browse to Save, DealPly, and many others.
What is Metropolitan Police Total Policing?
The Metropolitan Police Total Policing message blocks computer users' screens, demanding payment of a £100 GBP fine to unlock the system. Be aware that this is a scam, a ransomware infection originating from a family of screen lockers called 'Rannoh'.
This particular ransomware infection is especially harmful, since it not only locks users' computers, but also encrypts the files stored on the hard disks. The message states that the lock was applied due to the user downloading copyrighted videos, music files, etc. These assertions are false and delivered only to scare computer users into paying a bogus fine.

The Mywebsearch.com website is promoted using various popular browser toolbars developed by Mindspark. Computer users who install toolbars such as this, without paying close enough attention to the installation steps, are frequently redirected to home.mywebsearch.com
Browser extensions created by this company modify Internet browser settings including the homepage and default search engine.
Some popular browser toolbars which cause these redirect issues include MapsGalaxy, Bring Me Sports, Cursor Mania, MyWebFace, and many others. Note that the mywebsearch.com or home.mywebsearch.com websites are not malicious and they use a customized Google search engine which returns legitimate search results.
