There are many browser hijackers on the internet. Some examples are Stay Web, SearchConverterOnline, and TopIncognitoSearch. These are advertised as apps that improve the browsing experience (provide various features, generate accurate search results, and so on) or are useful in other ways. Windows 11 users:

Optional method:

Windows XP users: Click Start, click Run, in the opened window type inetcpl.cpl In the opened window click the Advanced tab, then click Reset.
