What is Note-up?

According to the developers, Note-up allows users to create various notes - "Note-Up makes it easy to set reminders for upcoming events and tasks in an instant." These features may seem useful, however, be aware that the Note-up application is categorized as adware and a potentially unwanted program (PUP).
