Ads by Digital More

What is Digital More?
Digital More is a potentially unwanted browser add-on created by SuperWeb LLC. This app claims to enhance the Internet browsing experience by enabling coupons, comparison shopping, and other similar features related to online shopping. Although this functionality may seem legitimate and useful, Digital More is categorized as adware.
This association is made due to a deceptive software marketing method called 'bundling' - stealth installation of additional programs together with the chosen software. Digital More is often bundled with free software downloadable on freeware download websites.
Following successful infiltration on Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox, Digital More delivers various intrusive online advertisements including search, interstitial, transitional, full-page, pop-up, coupon, and banner ads. Be aware that these generated advertisements may lead to rogue websites containing infectious content, thus exposing your computer to infection.
Furthermore, Digital More adware tracks and collects Internet browsing-related information including IP addresses, unique identifier numbers, search queries, websites visited, and pages viewed. This information may include personally identifiable details, and therefore, the presence of this rogue app on your system can lead to serious privacy issues or even identity theft.
The developers of this adware (SuperWeb LLC) have released several hundred identical potentially unwanted programs (PUPs). Fruit Basket, Dolphin Deals, Browse Pulse, and goinggo are just some examples from a long list.
None provide any significant value for the user - they are developed to generate revenue by the display of ads and sharing collected data with third parties. For these reasons, you are strongly advised to uninstall Digital More adware from your system immediately.
Most current adware-type apps are distributed via small programs called 'download clients' on freeware download websites such as download.com, soft32.com, softonic.com, and so on. Download clients are used to monetize these websites' free services and traffic by offering installation of additional applications together with the chosen free software.
These applications are often described as legitimate, however, they are mostly adware or malware infections. To avoid installation of rogue apps, closely analyse each step of the download procedure when downloading free software, and never accept offers to install other programs.
Furthermore, install downloaded applications using the 'Advanced' or 'Custom' installation options, rather than 'Quick', 'Regular', or 'Typical - this will reveal any concealed apps listed for installation and allow you to uncheck them.
If you have installed Digital More, and you observe 'Ads by Digital More', 'Digital More Deals', and 'Powered by Digital More' advertisements while surfing the Internet, follow the guidelines below to eliminate this adware from your system.
