What is Deal Finder?
Deal Finder by Savings.com is browser add-on, which displays coupons and deals when browsing online shopping websites. This plug-in self-installs on the Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox browsers.
This browser plug-in is not directly related to malware or virus infections, however, when downloaded from the homepage, may be bundled with free software or other browser add-ons. Although some users may find this browser extension useful, many report that it installed on their computers without consent and is difficult to remove.

Deal Finder adware removal:

Optional method:
If you continue to have problems with removal of the dealfinder by savings.com, reset your Internet Explorer settings to default.
Windows XP users: Click Start, click Run, in the opened window type inetcpl.cpl In the opened window click the Advanced tab, then click Reset.

Remove malicious extensions from Google Chrome:
Click the Chrome menu icon (at the top right corner of Google Chrome) select "Tools" and click on "Extensions". Locate: "Savings.com DealFinder", select this entry and click the trash can icon.
Optional method:
If you continue to have problems with removal of the dealfinder by savings.com, reset your Google Chrome browser settings. Click the Chrome menu icon (at the top right corner of Google Chrome) and select Settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen. Click the Advanced… link.
After scrolling to the bottom of the screen, click the Reset (Restore settings to their original defaults) button.
In the opened window, confirm that you wish to reset Google Chrome settings to default by clicking the Reset button.
Remove malicious plugins from Mozilla Firefox:
Click on the Firefox menu (at the top right corner of the main window) select "Add-ons". Click on "Extensions", in the opened window remove "DealFinder by Savings.com".
Optional method:
Computer users who have problems with dealfinder by savings.com removal can reset their Mozilla Firefox settings.
Open Mozilla Firefox, at the top right corner of the main window, click the Firefox menu, in the opened menu, click Help.
Select Troubleshooting Information.
In the opened window, click the Refresh Firefox button.
In the opened window, confirm that you wish to reset Mozilla Firefox settings to default by clicking the Refresh Firefox button.
Remove malicious extensions from Safari:
Make sure your Safari browser is active, click Safari menu, and select Preferences....
