BuzzSearch Ads and Deals

What is BuzzSearch?
BuzzSearch is a potentially unwanted application developed by Super Web LLC and installs on users' Internet browsers without their consent using a deceptive software marketing method called 'bundling'.
Whilst the creators of this extension state that it is legitimate and enhances users' browsing experience (by allowing searching of multiple sites simultaneously, displaying website ratings, etc.), in fact, BuzzSearch is categorized as adware or a potentially unwanted application.
After successful installation, this add-on causes various unwanted ads including search, banner, text link, transitional, interstitial, and full page advertisements.
Moreover, this plugin tracks users' Internet surfing habits by recording the IP address, unique identifier number, operating system, browser information, URLs visited, pages viewed, search queries entered, and other software and hardware information. While this program is not a virus or malware, it adds no real value and can lead to computer security and user privacy issues.
Therefore, you are advised to eliminate this adware from your Internet browsers (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox). A clear indication that your computer is infected with this adware are "Ads by BuzzSearch", "Powered by BuzzSearch", and "BuzzSearch Deals" advertisements visible whilst browsing, searching using Google, shopping online, etc.
Super Web LLC (developers of this adware) release identical browser plugins under different names in order to avoid detection by antivirus and anti-spyware programs. This fact is enough to deem any extensions created by this company, untrustworthy. Previous variants are named Spring Smart, Kozaka, and SkyWebber, amongst many others.
A common source of these potentially unwanted applications are free software downloads. To avoid installation of such adware, users should be attentive when downloading freeware - if you are offered installation of additional (advertised) browser plugins together with the chosen freeware, opt-out by clicking the 'decline' button.
When installing downloaded programs, choose the 'Advanced' or 'Custom' installation options - this will reveal installation of any bundled browser extensions. If you observe ads relating to BuzzSearch on your system, use the removal guide provided to eliminate this adware from your Internet browser/s.
