Arcade Safari Pop-up

What is Arcade Safari?
The Arcade Safari website is created by ArcadeSafari LLC and offers download of free premium games. Many Internet users refer to Arcade Safari as a virus or adware, since the creators of this site bundle unwanted browser extensions (which cause pop-up ads), with their games.
When downloading free premium games from this website, Internet users often unwillingly install a browser add-on to Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox - the add-on generates various pop-up and in-text ads when users browse the Internet.
Note that clicking on these ads is not recommended, since they originate from third party ad networks and may cause installation of additional unwanted programs or even malware.
To avoid Arcade Safari adware installation, do not use this website. Ads generated by arcadesafari.com are similar to "ads not by this site" and "Yontoo".
Computer users should express caution when downloading and installing free software (including games) from the Internet, since many freeware developers bundle their programs with unwanted browser add-ons and toolbars in order to monetize their downloads.
If you observe pop-up ads ("Powered by arcadesafari") when browsing the Internet, your Internet browser is infiltrated with a potentially unwanted program (PUP) called ArcadeSafari.
Arcade Safari is not a virus, however, it is an unwanted browser add-on, which causes annoying pop-up and in-text ads.
The presence of this add-on on your system is a consequence of downloading "free premium games" from arcadesafari.com If you feel that this browser plug-in was installed on your computer without your consent, use the removal guide provided to eliminate unwanted ads.
