What is FLV Runner?
FLV Runner Toolbar is browser add-on powered by conduit. This toolbar adds shortcuts to online radio, social networks, maps, clock, etc. to Internet browsers (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox).

As with all conduit-powered toolbars, the FLV Runner browser add-on changes your Internet browser homepage to search.conduit.com
When performing a web search using the search bar presented by the new homepage, computer users are exposed to dubious sponsored search results. While the organic search results are legitimate, the sponsored ones are administered by conduit and could easily lead to installation of other unwanted toolbars or even malware.
Moreover, this toolbar redirects Internet users to other websites such as akaqa.com In summary, FLV Runner toolbar is not technically a computer virus or spyware, however, it is an unwanted browser add-on, which poses a risk to your privacy and computer security.
FLV Runner Toolbar can be downloaded from the ourtoolbar.com website or bundled with free software downloaded from the Internet. If you have willingly downloaded this toolbar and are happy with the services that you receive, you do not have to take any action.
Nevertheless, you should express great caution when using the conduit-powered search bar and other web applications presented in the FLV Runner browser add-on, as they are capable of installing unwanted third party software and malware on your computer.
