Typically, these apps are advertised as useful, but in fact they are useless to regular users and designed only to generate revenue for the developers. As mentioned, users often download and install these apps inadvertently.

How did mylucky Tab install on my computer?

Windows XP users: Click Start, click Run, in the opened window type inetcpl.cpl In the opened window click the Advanced tab, then click Reset.
