Stop redirects to and from laddedmuzics.pro

What is laddedmuzics[.]pro?
laddedmuzics[.]pro is a rogue website designed to present visitors with dubious content and/or to redirect them to other untrustworthy, even malicious sites. It shares similarities with mp3hub.com, streampoint.live, reforeperc.pro, and thousands of others.
Few visitors enter this site intentionally - most are redirected by intrusive ads or Potentially Unwanted Applications (PUAs) already present within the system. Note that users' consent is not required for these apps to infiltrate devices. As well as generating redirects, PUAs can also run intrusive advertisement campaigns, hijack browsers, and track browsing-related data.
Users' geolocations are key in determining the laddedmuzics[.]pro site's course of action. It learns this information by checking visitors' IP addresses. According to their geolocations, users are redirected elsewhere and presented with dubious, potentially harmful content.
This web page tricks users into consenting to browser notifications (by claiming that they need to be enabled to initiate the download). If consent to notifications is granted, laddedmuzics[.]pro begins running intrusive ad campaigns (pop-ups, banners, coupons, surveys, etc.).
These ads are more than just a nuisance, they are classed as a threat to device/user safety. When clicked, they can redirect to various dangerous sites, and some can execute scripts to stealthily download/install PUAs. As mentioned, unwanted applications cause redirects and run ad campaigns.
The latter is achieved by employing various tools, which enable third party graphical content to be displayed on any site, thereby delivering intrusive ads that can severely diminish the browsing experience by limiting browsing speed and page visibility. Other types make unauthorized changes to browsers (hijack them) to promote fake search engines.
Most PUAs possess data tracking capabilities. These apps can monitor browsing activity (URLs visited, web pages viewed, search queries, etc.) and collect users' personal information (IP addresses, geolocations and other details). This private data can then be shared with third parties (often, cyber criminals) seeking to misuse it for financial gain.
In summary, PUAs can lead to browser/system infiltration and infections, financial loss, serious privacy issues, and even identity theft. Therefore, it is crucial to remove all suspicious applications and browser extensions/plug-ins immediately upon detection.

PUAs may seem legitimate and lure users into downloading/installing with offers of "useful" features. These functions rarely operate as promised and, in most cases, are nonoperational. The only purpose of unwanted apps is to generate revenue for the developers, whilst regular users receive no value.
PUAs have many ways to achieve this goal. They can cause redirects to sale-based, dubious, compromised, deceptive/scam and malicious websites, run intrusive ad campaigns, hijack browsers, and collect sensitive data.
How did adware install on my computer?
Some PUAs have "official" download sites, however, the most common way that they are proliferated is through the download/installation set-ups of other programs. The deceptive marketing technique of pre-packing regular software with unwanted or malicious content is called "bundling".
Rushing download/install processes (e.g. ignoring terms, skipping steps, using pre-set options, etc.) endangers the device with potential system infiltration and infection. Intrusive advertisements can also download/install PUAs by executing scripts designed for this purpose.
How to avoid installation of potentially unwanted applications
You are advised to research content, before downloading/installing. All downloads should be performed through official and verified sources.
Peer-to-Peer sharing networks (BitTorrent, eMule, Gnutella, etc.), unofficial and free file-hosting websites, third party downloaders and similar channels are classed as untrustworthy - untrusted download sources are more likely to offer deceptive and bundled programs.
When downloading/installing, read the terms, study all available options, use the "Custom/Advanced" settings and opt-out of additional apps, tools, features, etc. Intrusive ads usually seem normal and innocuous, however, they often redirect to dubious web pages (e.g. pornography, gambling, adult-dating and others).
If you experience ads/redirects of this kind, check the system and immediately remove all suspect applications and/or browser extensions/plug-ins. If your computer is already infected with rogue applications, we recommend running a scan with Combo Cleaner Antivirus for Windows to automatically eliminate them.

How to avoid browser notification spam?
Internet users should be very skeptical when being asked to allow notifications. While this is a useful feature that allows you to receive timely news from websites you like, deceptive marketers frequently abuse it.
Only allow notifications from websites that you fully trust. For added security - use an anti-malware application with a real-time web browsing monitor to block shady websites that tries to trick you into allowing spam notifications. We recommend using Combo Cleaner Antivirus for Windows.
