How to remove DynamicPanel adware from your system
Written by Tomas Meskauskas on (updated)
What is DynamicPanel?
DynamicPanel is an app categorized as adware. It supposedly allows easy web browsing, however, it actually feeds users with intrusive advertisements. It also operates as an information tracking tool, recording details relating to users' browsing habits and other information.
Most people download and install apps such as DynamicPanel unintentionally and, for this reason, they are also known as potentially unwanted applications (PUAs).
If installed on browsers and/or computers, software such as DynamicPanel displays unwanted ads on all visited websites. Some examples of ads that adware-type apps serve are coupons, banners, surveys, pop-ups, and so on. When clicked, they usually open untrustworthy, potentially malicious pages.
Some of these ads might be designed to run scripts that cause unwanted download/installation of unwanted applications. Furthermore, PUAs such as DynamicPanel are often designed to collect details relating to users' browsing activities including addresses of visited websites, IP addresses, geolocations, entered search queries, and so on.
They can also record sensitive information. Developers share the data with third parties (potentially cyber criminals) who misuse it to generate revenue. With adware installed on their systems, users might become victims of identity theft, experience problems with browsing safety, privacy, and so on. Therefore, eliminate all installed adware (including DynamicPanel) immediately.

ForwardOpen, LookupShare, and ProcessSave are just some examples of other apps that are categorized as adware and have similar operation to DynamicPanel.
In most cases, these apps are advertised as legitimate. They supposedly provide useful features, however, most do not operate as advertised and simply cause problems. PUAs are useless for regular users and only help developers to generate revenue.
How did DynamicPanel install on my computer?
One of the most commonly-used methods to trick people into downloading and installing unwanted programs is a deceptive marketing method called "bundling". Developers include PUAs into the set-ups of other programs and hope that these will go unnoticed.
Typically, offers to download or/and install additional software are hidden in settings such as "Custom", "Advanced", or other similar sections.
When people download and install software without checking or changing these settings, they grant permission for PUAs to be downloaded and installed by default. Unwanted software is also distributed through deceptive ads. If clicked, these run scripts that download or install dubious, potentially malicious programs.
How to avoid installation of potentially unwanted applications
Prevent unwanted software from being downloaded and installed by downloading your files and programs only from official, trustworthy websites and using direct download links. Other tools/sources such as Peer-to-Peer networks (torrent clients, eMule), unofficial web pages, third party downloaders, etc., are often used to distribute unwanted apps.
Using them risks download or installation of regular software together with PUAs. Third party installers can be used to trick people into unwanted installations. Do not trust ads that are displayed on dubious websites, since they can redirect to other untrustworthy web pages or cause unwanted downloads or installations.
If a PUA is already installed on the browser or computer, check the list of extensions, plug-ins, and add-ons installed and remove all unwanted, unknown, or suspicious apps. The same should be applied to software of this kind installed on the operating system.
If your computer is already infected with DynamicPanel, we recommend running a scan with Combo Cleaner Antivirus for macOS to automatically eliminate this adware.
