How to remove redirects to and from 1000-dollar.cash

What is 1000-dollar[.]cash?
1000-dollar[.]cash is a rogue website similar to thefastpush.com, place-web.com, fast-push.com, biglocateriod.pro and countless others. Visitors to this site are presented with deceptive and dubious content and are redirected to other untrusted or malicious web pages.
Most visitors to 1000-dollar[.]cash access it unintentionally - they are redirected by intrusive advertisements or Potentially Unwanted Applications (PUAs) already installed on the system. Note that these apps do not need express permission to be installed onto devices. Following successful infiltration, PUAs cause redirects, run intrusive ad campaigns and track data.
The user's geolocation is key in determining the behavior of 1000-dollar[.]cash. It learns this information by checking visitors' IP addresses. Depending on their geolocations, users are redirected elsewhere and/or presented with dubious material.
Furthermore, this rogue site attempts to trick them into allowing browser notifications with 'clickbait' ("Click 'Allow' to watch the video"). If notifications are enabled, 1000-dollar[.]cash starts running intrusive ad campaigns.
The delivered ads (e.g. pop-ups, banners, coupons, etc.) significantly diminish the browsing experience, since they limit browsing speed and overlay web page content. Furthermore, when clicked, intrusive advertisements redirect to sale-based, untrusted, rogue, compromised, deceptive/scam and malicious websites.
They can even be triggered (when clicked) to execute scripts designed to stealthily download/install rogue software (e.g. PUAs). Unwanted applications force-open similarly dangerous web pages and can deliver intrusive ad campaigns. PUAs often have data tracking capabilities.
They can monitor users' browsing activity (URLs visited, pages viewed, search queries typed, etc.) and collect sensitive information derived from it (IP addresses, geolocations and personally identifiable details). This vulnerable data is shared with third parties (potentially, cyber criminals) seeking to misuse it for profit.
To summarize, the presence of PUAs on systems can cause various infiltration and infections, lead to serious privacy issues, financial loss and even identity theft. To ensure device integrity and user safety, you are strongly advised to eliminate all suspect applications and browser extensions/plug-ins immediately upon detection.

Symptoms | Seeing advertisements not originating from the sites you are browsing. Intrusive pop-up ads. Decreased Internet browsing speed. |

Malware Removal (Windows) | To eliminate possible malware infections, scan your computer with legitimate antivirus software. Our security researchers recommend using Combo Cleaner. |
PUAs usually seem legitimate and often tempt users into download/installation with offers of "useful" functions. Despite how good they may sound, the features promised are rarely operational. The only purpose of these unwanted apps is to generate revenue for the developers at users' expense.
Rather than delivering any real value, PUAs cause redirects to untrusted and malicious sites, deliver intrusive ads and track private data.
How did adware install on my computer?
PUAs proliferate via the download/installation processes of other software. "Bundling" is the term used to describe this deceptive marketing tactic of pre-packing regular programs with unwanted or malicious additions.
By rushing through download/installation processes (e.g. skimming or ignoring terms, using pre-set options, skipping steps and sections, etc.), many users risk inadvertently allowing bundled content onto their devices. Certain PUAs have "official" promotional web pages from which they can be downloaded.
Intrusive ads also proliferate these applications - once clicked, they can execute scripts to download/install PUAs without users' consent.
How to avoid installation of potentially unwanted applications
You are advised to research all products before download/installation. All downloads should be performed from official and verified sources. Untrustworthy download channels such as P2P sharing networks (BitTorrent, eMule, Gnutella, etc.), free file-hosting websites and other third party downloaders can offer deceptive or bundled content.
When downloading/installing, read the terms, explore all possible options, use the "Custom/Advanced" settings and opt-out of additional apps, tools, features and so on. Intrusive advertisements typically seem normal and harmless, however, they can redirect to dubious web pages (e.g. gambling, adult-dating, pornography and others).
If you encounter such ads/redirects, inspect the system and remove all suspicious applications and browser extensions/plug-ins without delay. If your computer is already infected with rogue applications, we recommend running a scan with Combo Cleaner Antivirus for Windows to automatically eliminate them.

How to avoid browser notification spam?
Internet users should be very skeptical when being asked to allow notifications. While this is a useful feature that allows you to receive timely news from websites you like, deceptive marketers frequently abuse it.
Only allow notifications from websites that you fully trust. For added security - use an anti-malware application with a real-time web browsing monitor to block shady websites that tries to trick you into allowing spam notifications. We recommend using Combo Cleaner Antivirus for Windows.
