special-promotion.online is one of many rogue websites, most of which are very similar. Some examples of other websites of this type are nuclearlytu.info, mybestmv.com, and pohs2oom.com. 

Note that special-promotion.online redirects visitors to other untrustworthy (potentially malicious) websites, however, most users arrive at this site unintentionally - potentially unwanted apps (PUAs) cause redirects to it. Most PUAs are promoted as capable of providing 'useful' features, tools, and so on, however, these are merely attempts to trick users into downloading and installing them.
